Beate Sjåfjell, Professor dr. juris at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law, is the head of the Research Group Companies, Markets, Society and the Environment at the Faculty of Law in Oslo, and of the international Research Project Sustainable Companies.
Beate has published extensively on EU company and securities law and the integration of sustainable development, including the monograph Towards a Sustainable European Company Law (Kluwer Law International, 2009).
